The subject matter and atmospheres I create in my artwork are profoundly influenced by the interplay of colors, shapes, and textures.
During my free time, when I am not engaged in teaching or fulfilling commissioned work, you will often find me engrossed in painting still-life compositions. These compositions are inspired by various objects that capture my attention at the moment, whether it's a delicate flower, an intricately designed Chinese pot, or a collection of autumn berries gathered during a leisurely walk. The interplay of colors, shapes, and textures greatly influences the subjects I choose and the atmospheres I strive to create in my artwork.
