College Scholarships

College Scholarships

The AIS Scholarship program provides financial support for Native American undergraduate students to attend college, ensuring enrollment retention and graduation. Scholarship Awards cover up to half of the tuition costs based on the need for the applicable term, directly paid to the student's school. Eligible students need their own email accounts to apply. The process involves meeting eligibility criteria, completing the online application, submitting required documents by the specified deadline, and sending a thank you letter upon receiving an award.

Application status can be checked online, and updates can be found on American Indian Services' social media accounts. Incomplete or late applications won't be processed, and the evaluation process takes 4 to 6 weeks post-deadline. Approved students must submit a thank you letter by the given deadline to receive their scholarship checks.
