Nestled on a historic farm in Hermann, Missouri, our distillery stands as a testament to the enduring legacy of German immigrants who forged their lives in this fertile land. In the 1840s, the Rasche family established their farm and small still site, laying the foundation for what is now Hermann Farm Distillery.
Today, we honor this heritage by meticulously crafting spirits from locally sourced ingredients. Our primary focus is on locally-grown grain, aged with care in Missouri-made white oak casks.
Our esteemed distiller, Derek LeRoy, hails from a family steeped in the art of fermentation. Raised in the cellars of Hermannhof Winery, where his father, Paul, has been the winemaker for over four decades, Derek's expertise in viticulture shines through in every spirit he creates.
