• Meaningful Career Planning: Pre-ETS ensures that qualifying students have access to comprehensive career planning, setting the stage for a seamless transition into the workforce or post-secondary education.
• Work-Based Learning Experiences: Through a combination of paid and non-paid work-based learning experiences, students explore diverse career areas, gaining valuable insights into the professional world.

This program is specifically designed for qualifying students aged 14-22 who possess an Individualized Education Program (IEP), 504 plan, or other qualifying medical documentation.
