High School Programs

Embark on your academic journey with our High School Programs at the College of Marin, offering an exciting opportunity for high school students to enroll in college classes through our JUMPSTART (CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT) program for the Summer/Fall 2023 term. With this program, high school students can explore their interests, build college confidence, and earn transferable college credits—all while meeting high school credit requirements.

Enrolling in up to 11 units comes with a remarkable benefit—paying no enrollment fee, saving you $506 per semester. The process is straightforward: apply online, attend a mandatory virtual JUMPSTART orientation, and complete the College Credit Program (CCP) application. After processing, you'll receive confirmation to register for classes through your MyCOM Portal.

For high school students with an IEP or 504 Plan, our Student Accessibility Services Office is here to assist. Contact them at sas@marin.edu or (415) 485-9406 to discuss possible accommodations.

While you are responsible for certain student fees, including the required Health fee, Transportation fee (providing a free bus pass on Marin Transit), and optional Technology fee, the benefits far outweigh the costs. Textbook costs are minimized through the availability of short-term use in the COM Library and participation in the Zero Textbook Cost Program.

Seize the opportunity to accelerate your education, save on costs, and gain valuable college experience with our High School Programs at the College of Marin. Apply now and take the first step toward a bright academic future.
