The Client Advocate Committee at Hands of Hope serves as a vital support system for clients with specific needs beyond the scope of our day program. Our dedicated Client Advocate assists individuals with a wide range of requests, including paperwork assistance such as job resumes, job applications, and navigating social security issues. We also provide practical support, such as securing bus tickets for verified appointments and helping clients obtain essential documents like birth certificates, IDs, and driver's licenses. Additionally, our committee addresses diverse needs such as fuel and propane assistance, bike tires and tubes, tools, work boots, and special items for infants and children that cannot be purchased with food stamps. Through personalized attention and referrals to other agencies, we strive to ensure that every client receives the support they need to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
