Horizons' Vocational Services facilitate community integration for adults aged 21 and above, offering employment opportunities either directly with employers or through supervised work crews led by Horizons Job Coaches. We prioritize creating meaningful matches between individuals and employers, fostering independence and skill development. Additionally, our Day Program cultivates essential life skills through a range of activities while actively engaging in community events, available weekdays in Steamboat Springs and Craig within our service area.
