Trico Electric Cooperative, Inc. is deeply committed to supporting and enriching the communities it serves through various impactful initiatives under its Community Giving program. Through the Trico Power Grants, non-profit organizations have the opportunity to receive up to $10,000 biannually, totaling $840,000 in funding since 2008. Operation Round Up provides a seamless avenue for community members to contribute, with all donations remaining local and resulting in over $900,000 in donations since its inception in 1996. The Trico Foundation extends its support to education through scholarships, awarding over $3.6 million since 1985 to benefit more than 855 Members and their families. Additionally, the Washington Youth Tour organized by the Trico Foundation offers local high school juniors an enriching experience in Washington, D.C., fostering civic engagement and leadership development among the next generation.
