Our Warranty Purchase and Renewal option, priced at $500, caters to residential single-family homes up to 5,000 sq ft. While larger homes require a custom quote, all warranty contracts are valid for one year from the date of payment processing and registration. Please note, that there is a 30-day waiting period for lapsed policies and those purchased outside of a real estate transaction, and Guardian reserves the right to deny a warranty purchase or renewal. Additionally, the warranty is tied to the address and may be transferred to a new owner with the Guardian's approval.
