The Antelope Valley Rural Museum is committed to supporting the educational aspirations of local students through our Scholarship Fund. Since June 10, 2010, our Board of Directors has allocated ten percent of all donations, not specifically designated for other purposes, towards scholarships. This dedication has resulted in over $18,500 in scholarship funds being awarded to deserving individuals as of September 2015.
Through initiatives like "Pass the Hat" and community service opportunities, we've furthered our commitment to educational advancement by raising an additional $4,500. Generous grants from esteemed entities such as Edison International and Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael Antonovitch have been instrumental in bolstering our scholarship program, allowing us to expand and sustain our support for local students.
At the Antelope Valley Rural Museum, we believe in investing in the future leaders of our community. By providing financial assistance to aspiring scholars, we aim to empower individuals to pursue their academic goals and contribute positively to the fabric of our society. Join us in our mission to foster educational opportunities and make a meaningful difference in the lives of students in the Antelope Valley.
