Fill the Gap Time Community Schools Model

Based in Sandy, Oregon, Todos Juntos introduces the Fill the Gap Time Community Schools Model, an evidence-based initiative implemented across four elementary schools, four middle schools, and one high school. Our comprehensive in-school and after-school programs offer a secure environment for all youth, featuring personalized one-on-one case management, tutoring support, homework clubs, gender-specific groups such as Girls Circle and Boys Council, enrichment activities, career guidance, and STEAM education. Collaborating closely with each school, we tailor our approach to suit the unique cultural dynamics of the community, fostering inclusive models that address specific needs. Facilitating advisory committees within each locality, Todos Juntos ensures community input and collaboration, driving the development of tailored programs and models that effectively serve the diverse needs of each community.
