At Visitation Catholic School in Forest Grove, Oregon, our Admissions Priority Policy ensures fair and transparent enrollment procedures. In cases where demand exceeds available spaces, selection of new students follows a set list of priorities. First priority is given to children of Catholic families from Visitation Catholic Parish with siblings already enrolled, followed by those without siblings enrolled. Next, consideration is extended to children of parishioners from other Catholic parishes without schools or with overenrolled schools, again prioritizing those with siblings already at Visitation. Subsequent priorities include children of non-Catholic families with siblings at Visitation, Visitation Catholic School staff members' children, and children of parishioners from other Catholic parishes without schools or with overenrolled schools who do not have siblings at Visitation. Lastly, admission is open to children of Catholic families not affiliated with Visitation Parish, as well as those whose parents support the philosophy of Catholic education.
