Child Development Center

The Child Development Center (CDC) at Edwards Air Force Base provides high-quality care for children aged six weeks to five years. Accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), the CDC offers a safe, nurturing environment tailored to each child's developmental needs. The mandated Early Learning Matters (ELM) curriculum fosters learning and growth, while USDA-approved meals served "Family Style" encourage healthy eating habits. Parents can get involved through monthly activities and the Family Advisory Board, which meets quarterly. To enroll, visit [militarychildcare.com](https://militarychildcare.com/), where you can submit a request for care and manage your profile. The CDC is dedicated to supporting military families by providing quality early childhood education and care.
