Teen Program

Corners Academy's Teen Program is designed to cultivate confident and well-rounded leaders within a supportive community environment. Through mentorship with community partners, students are guided in setting and achieving their goals, gaining valuable insights into their potential roles as future community leaders. Our program focuses on developing essential leadership skills such as problem-solving, effective communication, and collaborative teamwork, preparing students to navigate the complexities of leadership roles beyond high school. Additionally, our comprehensive approach to development encompasses tailored academic guidance, STEAM education, social and emotional learning, and workforce readiness, ensuring that students are prepared for success in college, career, and community engagement. Through volunteerism, internships, and real-world experiences, students have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to their communities while honing their leadership abilities, exemplified by success stories like Daniela Orellana's journey from volunteer to intern.
