Voices of Hope's Peer Recovery Specialists, composed of individuals in recovery, family members, and allies, support individuals at various stages of substance use and mental health challenges. With a minimum of two years of verifiable recovery, they utilize motivational interviewing to facilitate self-directed change. Their inclusion in the organization promotes a trauma-informed care approach to treatment and services.
