This free event, hosted by the North Plains Events Association, invites chili enthusiasts to showcase their best recipes and compete for trophies and bragging rights. Participants can sample a variety of chili while enjoying a hearty meal of hot dogs and cornbread, with dessert provided. Categories include Best Traditional Chili, Best Nontraditional Chili, People’s Choice, Judges' Choice, and Hottest Chili.
