KE&G Construction, Inc.'s Southern Arizona Division, based in Tucson, Arizona, proudly undertook a project awarded by the City of Sierra Vista. This endeavor involved the expansion of Avenida Escuela, transforming it from a two-lane thoroughfare to a four-lane corridor stretching between Camino del Norte and SR-90. Our comprehensive construction scope encompassed earthwork, the installation of culvert extensions and scuppers, as well as the incorporation of 3,200 linear feet of curb and gutter, concrete driveways, a 500 linear feet retaining wall, a dedicated bike path, and the paving of 8,000 square yards of asphalt. This project stands as a testament to our division's commitment to enhancing transportation infrastructure and fostering community connectivity in Southern Arizona.
