Wilbur Hot Springs Nature Preserve spans peaceful valleys, ridges, and meadows, safeguarded by a conservation easement since 1999. Under Dr. Richard Miller's ownership, ecological stewardship initiatives were launched, focusing on soil protection, native ecosystem restoration, and biodiversity conservation. The preserve hosts diverse flora like oaks and wildflowers, along with a plethora of wildlife including eagles, deer, and Townsend's big-eared bats.
