8th Grade High School Counseling

At Ronald C. Wornick Jewish Day School, we prioritize supporting our Eighth-grade students as they transition to high school through personalized counseling services. Our Assistant Head of School takes a proactive approach, engaging Seventh-grade families in a comprehensive review of the high school admissions and registration process. At the onset of Seventh grade, individual meetings are held with each student and family to establish goals, strategize on best-fit options, and provide guidance on admissions requirements, including interview and essay preparation. With a commitment to finding the ideal high school match for every Eighth-grade student based on their unique needs and strengths, we ensure a seamless transition to the next phase of their academic journey.
