Los Milics Vineyards, nestled in southern Arizona's grasslands near the Mustang Mountains, features The Biscuit and Elgin Tasting Room. Chef Ana Borrajo blends rustic flavors with wines that complement without overwhelming, drawing from family recipes and Mediterranean traditions. The Biscuit, named after Mt. Bruce's distinctive peak, offers dinner Thursdays through Mondays from 6 pm to 9 pm exclusively for The Casitas at Los Milics Vineyards guests, with reservations available for non-guests upon request.
