New Teacher Support

Recognizing the challenges that new teachers face, Glencoe Lodge #22 has developed a New Teacher Support program to welcome and assist educators who are new to our community. This initiative provides new teachers with resources, mentorship, and financial support to help them settle into their roles effectively. Our lodge members work closely with school administrators to identify the specific needs of new teachers and offer personalized assistance, whether it's through classroom supplies, professional development opportunities, or moral support. The goal of this program is to ensure that new teachers feel valued and supported as they transition into their teaching careers. By fostering a positive and welcoming environment, we hope to reduce teacher turnover and enhance the overall quality of education in North Plains. This support network not only benefits the teachers but also has a positive impact on students, as well-supported teachers are better equipped to provide high-quality education. Through this initiative, we aim to strengthen the educational community and promote long-term success for both teachers and students.
