Farming Crops

At Bishop's Pumpkin Farm, farming is at the core of their operations. The farm spans 90 acres, growing pumpkins, gourds, and squash, which visitors can pick during their visit. In addition to pumpkins, the farm includes a 25-acre almond orchard, where almonds are harvested and used in various farm treats, including scones and caramel apples. During the winter months, the pumpkin fields are planted with wheat, which is harvested for silage in the spring. This commitment to diverse and sustainable farming practices not only provides fresh produce and nuts for visitors but also supports local agriculture and education about farming processes.
