Request a Bag is a dedicated initiative by A Mighty Change of Heart, aimed at supporting foster children in Arizona. To request a bag for your foster child, please click the provided link and complete a separate form for each child, ensuring to include only the child's first name for privacy reasons. Detail the child's size and preferences to help us tailor the contents of the bag accurately. Currently, our services are limited to Arizona, but we aspire to expand and impact more foster children nationwide. Upon receiving your request, our volunteer team will promptly process and fulfill it. A Notice to Provider is required upon delivery to ensure the safety and proper handling of items. We value your cooperation and thank you for allowing us to serve your foster children.
