Project Read offers a variety of volunteer opportunities for individuals who are at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED. Volunteers are crucial to our mission and are required to maintain professionalism, submit session reports, and uphold the confidentiality of all students. Opportunities include one-on-one tutoring, lab assistance, office support, and event volunteering. Additionally, Project Read requires a refundable $20 materials fee for those borrowing books, contingent upon meeting program commitments. For those unable to volunteer, referrals of potential students or volunteers and donations are highly appreciated to support our educational initiatives.
