Toolkit for Partners

The Toolkit for Partners, curated by the Eastside Pathways Councils and Staff, is designed to enhance the collective impact efforts of the Partnership through a suite of resources. These resources are categorized under essential leadership skills necessary for effective collaboration and change. Key areas include Adaptive Leadership, focusing on navigating significant changes within organizations or communities; Racial Equity, aimed at addressing and dismantling systemic racism; and the Equitable Results Series, which outlines a structured approach to achieving targeted outcomes. Additionally, the toolkit supports Collaborative Action Networks and effective data utilization to foster community-wide improvements.
