Guidance for Assistance

To receive help, bring:

  • State ID or Driver's License for adults.
  • Child Identification: Birth certificate, school record, or DWSS card.
  • Social Security cards for all household members or a DWSS Card.
  • Proof of Residency: Utility bill or rent receipt.
