Experience the rejuvenating power of yoga and Tai Chi at Unity Spiritual Center - Albuquerque. Led by experienced instructors, our weekly yoga classes offer a blend of gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to promote increased body awareness, alignment, and relaxation. Sue Eaton, a certified yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training, guides participants through Hatha yoga sessions designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners. With an emphasis on breath and movement, Sue's classes provide a welcoming space for individuals to explore yoga poses, breathing practices, and meditation techniques. Participants are encouraged to bring their yoga mats and props, with limited supplies available on-site.

Join us on Fridays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the USCABQ Sanctuary for rejuvenating yoga sessions with Sue Eaton. Suggested love offerings range from $5.00 to $10.00, ensuring accessibility for all. For inquiries or more information, please contact Sue via office@abqunity.org.

Additionally, unlock the benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong with instructor Laurie Roop during our Monday and Wednesday classes from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary.
