In the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, the wettest tropical hurricane in United States history, many coastal regions along the Gulf Coast have a long road ahead of them. One of the hardest hit places was Rockport, Texas, where Harvey’s eye – along with wind gusts of over 130 mph – left many residents of this small town with catastrophic damage and little hope.
