Leadership Worthington, facilitated by the Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce in Ohio, is a comprehensive 7-month leadership development initiative designed for individuals residing or working in the Worthington City School District, or those actively involved with the Worthington Area Chamber. The program aims to cultivate community leaders who are eager to contribute positively to local governance, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. Participants will gain essential skills and insights necessary for collaborative and impactful community involvement. The mission of Leadership Worthington is to develop, inspire, and connect leaders to foster positive change within the community.
