With over 16 years in the Tax Professional industry, Deana specialises in serving the diverse tax situations of military families and their communities. A Magna Cum Laude Accounting graduate from McKendree College she later specialized as an Enrolled Agent admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service in 2016. She continues to enrich her knowledge and expertise with an average of 50 hours of continuing education per year to provide valued service to taxpayers no matter lifes circumstances.
A military spouse of 22 years, Deana has traveled the world with a passion to serve our country and military communities. On and off base, she has served with the VITA Tax Office on Post, Spouses Club, TAPS and unit FRGs. In 2018, she received the Civilian Volunteer of the Year by Fort Huachuca, Az. She also volunteers with AZSEA, SACEA, NAEA and LITC (Low Income Taxpayer Clinic) furthering the recognition of Enrolled Agents as tax professionals and representing taxpayers whose limited resources make it hard to obtain qualified representation.
