Karen Tabler joined Meagher & Tomlinson Co. in May 2002. Prior to joining Meagher & Tomlinson, she was the General Manager of The Mall at Yuba City (now The Yuba-Sutter Mall) for 5 ½ years.
Karen has been a licensed broker in the commercial real estate field since 1985, working for Bank of America and Wells Fargo Banks in the Fresno Trust Real Estate divisions. Additionally, she worked for two shopping center developers in the central valley as a property and construction manager.
She earned the designation of Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) in 1999 and was awarded the Commercial Retail Executive (CRX) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers in December 2013. She is a past member of the Institute of Real Estate Management where she earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation and served as President of the San Joaquin Chapter of IREM in 1996.
Karen is an active community volunteer. She has served on the Board of Directors for Yuba-Sutter United Way since 1998, during which she served as President, Campaign Chair, and Elegant Soiree Chairperson. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Casa de Esperanza and The Rotary Club of Yuba City. She is a 1999 graduate of the Lead Yuba^Sutter program and active with the Yuba Sutter Chamber of Commerce.
