At Rainey Pain and Performance, we want to help you return to normal as quickly as possible following your surgery. We offer pre and post-operative rehabilitation. Goals for the pre-operative stage are to decrease inflammation, improve motion, facilitate strength gains, and educate on precautions following surgery, which can lead to improved surgical outcomes and faster recovery. Goals for post-operative rehabilitation focus on decreasing pain, improving mobility, and function.
