Despite Los Angeles County having access to multiple interstates and two ports, the cost of doing business in Los Angeles County and surrounding area is driving many companies to move out of state. Rules, regulation and lack of access to capital has hindered many corporations from expanding their businesses and thus creating high-paying jobs.
