Recovering from illness and hospital treatments can take time and assistance may be required. Our carers are available and can help with personal care, domestic tasks, and even physiotherapy.
Our care team can provide support to your loved one following discharge from the hospital after an operation or illness. We can even help with things such as a lift home, stocking the fridge, and preparing a meal to settle you back into your home.
Should an emergency arise such as an unexpected hospital discharge, sickness, or bereavement, we can provide an immediate risk assessment visit from one of our managers and often have a Care Assistant instated within 24 hours.
