We’re super excited to welcome you to Battersea Power Station and want to make every element of your experience as memorable as possible. For our guests who require a little extra support, our Special Assistance services are here to do exactly that.

We want to ensure Battersea Power Station is accessible to everyone, and for this reason we provide a fully trained Guest Services Team and the following support services:

  • Changing Places Facility (Radar key access – a key is available via our Guest Services team if required)
  • Disabled Toilets (No radar keys are needed for use of these facilities)
  • Companion Canes to guide visually impaired guests
  • Sensory Bags
  • Welcome app for guests to let us know when they are arriving and what kind of support we can offer
