Clean Vehicle Rebate Project

The Clean Vehicle Rebate Project (CVRP) is an electric vehicle rebate program funded by the California Air Resources Board and administered by The Center for Sustainable Energy (CSE). Community Resource Project partnered with CSE to outreach to vulnerable residents in the community, and inform them about the options they have when it comes to purchasing or leasing a new electric vehicle. CVRP offers rebates from $1,000 to $7,000 for the purchase or lease of new, eligible zero-emission vehicles, including electric, plug-in hybrid electric, and fuel cell vehicles. Additional incentives are available for income-eligible residents through CVRP, other programs, and utility providers.
