Epicurean opened as a small, family-owned business in April of 2001 serving the Las Vegas conference, convention, and event markets.
Our business grew quickly on a reputation of high-quality and excellent service and we expanded our operation to a state-of-the-art 6500 square foot kitchen facility in 2006. This expansion allows us to produce large-volume, high-quality food products for the largest Las Vegas conventions.
In 2014 we received our USDA Grant of Inspection to process meat and poultry and are currently registered and inspected by the USDA, FDA, and local Clark County Health District.
