Stephanie Parker is the founder and managing partner of TalentSpark. After 20 years of recruiting experience, she still hasnt lost her spark for matching great people with great jobs. She has her undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon (Go Ducks) and her graduate degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Kansas State.
Stephanie enjoys the science of selection and has expertise in personality assessments. She is certified in Hogan Assessments (the only assessment legally validated for selection) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality inventory. She loves helping clients make better hiring decisions through the use of data and designing rigorous selection systems.
