The Litchfield Chamber of Commerce is delighted to announce the appointment of Lauren Plummer as the new Executive Director. Lauren, who was born and raised in Litchfield, has always had a strong connection to the community and a deep appreciation for small businesses.
Growing up in a family-owned business, Plummer Funeral Home, provided Lauren with firsthand knowledge of the challenges and rewards of running a small enterprise. Her parents' dedication and hard work served as a strong influence, instilling in her a solid work ethic and a profound understanding of the importance of community support.
After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema Arts + Sciences from Columbia College Chicago and gaining valuable experience in the entertainment industry, Lauren decided to establish her own photography business, LFP Photography, in January.
