Welcome to 333 Eagles Landing LLC, a company with a rich history rooted in the vision of its founder, Mark Yardley. Established in 1987, our journey began with the acquisition of a modest gas station at the north exit on the east side of Beaver, Utah. Initially lacking in convenience and services, this station evolved into a Chevron-branded establishment, laying the foundation for what would become Eagle’s Landing. Mark's entrepreneurial spirit continued to drive expansion, leading to the purchase and transformation of a Phillips 66 across the north exit on the west side in 1992. This marked the birth of Eagle’s Landing as a formal entity, ultimately developing into the renowned Flying J truck stop we know today.
Our company's growth has been marked by strategic decisions and community engagement. The 2004 expansion to Scipio, Utah, brought about a new truck stop, solidifying Eagle’s Landing as a local and regional success. The positive reception from the community and the creation of new jobs were pivotal moments in our journey. In 2017, we entered a new era, shifting our focus to rapid expansion. Over the years, Eagle’s Landing has built or acquired seven additional Pilot Flying J Travel Plazas across five states, including Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Iowa, and Kansas. From a one-man operation with family support, we have grown to a team of over 300 dedicated employees.
