About Mesquite Baptist Church
Mesquite Baptist Church is a congregation that believes that the truths of the Word of God are applicable in all areas of life. This belief impacts every area of our lives. We seek to be Christians outside the walls of the church. In everything that we do, we want to see the name of Jesus Christ be lifted high.
Our Pastor-Pastor Chris was born and raised in North Carolina. Not long after his salvation at the age of 12, he felt the call to preach on his life. He and his family moved to Washington when he was 18 to assist his uncle’s ministry.
Pastor Chris attended West Coast Baptist College, where he obtained his bachelor's in Pastoral theology. He married his beautiful wife, Victoria, in May 2023. She serves alongside him at the church in various roles. Our pastor has served in various roles of ministry including children’s ministry, youth ministry, worship leader, outreach, and has been preaching since the age of 12. He was called to be the lead pastor of MBC in October 2022.
Pastor Chris’ greatest passion is to love the Lord and make Him known. He does this through his faithful commitment to preach verse-by-verse through the text of Scripture, with focus on exact precision as to the meaning of the text.

You will not find a church with a more loving and giving group of people—I thank God for the people that attend our church! Truly they have a desire to, just as Peter said,
“…grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”
