Wellness with Majd is an online wellness coaching practice, specializing in functional nutrition for gut health, energy, and hormonal balance.

Based in Colorado and serving clients virtually worldwide, Majd offers personalized 1:1 coaching programs rooted in functional nutrition and whole-body wellness. Her 90 programs support busy women struggling with fatigue, bloating, and burnout by addressing the root causes, rather than just the symptoms. She also offers one-time, functional nutrition assessments for those beginning their wellness journey. Majd speaks locally at yoga studios, gyms, wellness centers, libraries, mom groups, churches, and real estate offices, leading signature talks on intuitive eating and how to boost energy naturally.
