White Bear Foot and Ankle Clinic

Dr. Phillips was born and raised in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. He earned his doctor of podiatric medicine (DPM) degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine and completed a three-year surgical residency at Louis Stokes VA Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Phillips moved back to Minnesota in the summer of 2014, where he began practicing at White Bear Foot and Ankle Clinic.

Same-Day Surgery

Depending on the condition and procedure, Maplewood Podiatry performs outpatient surgery at the Maplewood Surgery Center or Day Surgery Center at United Hospital.

Hospital Consultation

The podiatrists of White Bear Foot and Ankle are routinely asked to see patients who have been admitted to the hospital. Hospital consultation often involves patient care and/or medical or surgical management.

General Services

The Podiatric Physicians of White Bear Foot and Ankle are trained to treat all aspects of the foot and ankle. This encompasses many conditions from routine diabetic foot care to foot infections that require the podiatrist to amputate the infected area.
