Experience, knowledge, and service to my clients are my main emphasis as a realtor.
Personally, I have invested and managed my own rentals and helped clients with their
investment needs. I love helping people start out with their first home and investment.
I specialize in the Fair Oaks and surrounding communities of Orangevale, Citrus Heights, Carmichael, Gold River, and Sun River. However, I am not limited to these areas as I live in Granite Bay and serve that community and Roseville as well.
As a member of the Fair Oaks Chamber, I have served on the board of Directors multiple times and volunteered at many chamber community events like the
Fiesta, Mayor campaign, Taste of Fair Oaks, and Safe Halloween.
I have been the new member chairperson for almost 25 years too.
Being a member of the chamber is so important in supporting small businesses
which certainly needs everyone's support. As I own my own business as a realtor,
I know how important it is to be self-employed and support others who are entrepreneurs.
I have experience in 1031 Exchanges, property management, investing in, and making trust deed loans. I am able to refer clients to others who can help them with repairs, taxes, loans, inspections, etc. This is part of building a relationship based on trust and friendship that goes way beyond the 3-6 months of working together during the sale or purchase of a home. After the sale is closed, I am available for support as needed. This is why my referral business has grown.
