According to Harvard Business Review, Inspiring Innovation is a challenge among business executives. We feel this also applies to schools. In larger schools where there is a higher population of students, innovation is harder to support and encourage.

Merit Academy has a small town feel with more one-on-one coaching with mentors and greater opportunities for creativity and innovation.

We all need to be celebrated and acknowledged for our efforts. Teenage years are tough and our kids need more support than ever.
