The Coffee Mug Restaurant Has Proudly Served the City of Elko for Over 25 Years

The Coffee Mug was founded by my grandparents, Charles and Shirley Smith, on January 1st, 1987. Located downtown on Idaho Street, my grandparents served Elko from this location for 15 years and gained the respect, trust, and love of the community. After 15 years, it was time to find a bigger home, which they found on the other side of town. At this location, the restaurant prospered, and there the restaurant stayed until the summer of 2012.

After a 14 month search for, and renovation of our new home, the Coffee Mug Restaurant, and long-familiar staff is back and better than ever; we hope you love the new look. The Coffee Mug pledges to give you the best customer service in town. We love our customers and are so excited to welcome everyone back home. Thank you for coming in and spending time with us.
