In 2013, I began my career as an Edward Jones financial advisor in Boise, Idaho, and my family and I recently moved to Elko, NV. I am excited to begin to learn more about Elko, the community, and the people I get to serve.
I was born and raised in Boise, Idaho, and attended Boise State University graduating cum laude in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing; in 2002 a Bachelor of Applied Science in radio/tv studies; and before that an associate in radio/tv studies. My spouse, Jared, and I were married in the autumn of 2005 and we have two beautifully amazing sons.
With my familys encouragement and support during my first year at Edward Jones, I received the firm's coveted Ted Jones Prospecting Award, which recognizes first-year financial advisors who achieve high levels of success. In 2014, I received the Edward Jones Eagle Award for "clear vision of both client and business goals." I also received the Edward Jones Spirit of Partnership Award for outstanding performance in 2015.
Relationships are key. In my view, having meaningful conversations about what is important to my clients builds strong relationships. We meet when its convenient for my clients, preferably face-to-face or via phone because we recognize the challenging needs of their businesses and their lives.
