Hi, I'm Nudrat Chagtai, a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Health Coach supporting Metabolic and Digestive Health, and midlife women to balance their hormones, increase their energy and enjoy real food again. I can support you with simple nutrition and lifestyle changes which you can easily take forward on your own, even if you're having to juggle day to day stresses. I am all about simplicity and balance.
My 12 week programme of personalised nutrition and lifestyle support alongside coaching has been designed to give you the tools to unlock what is holding you back so you can begin to feel in control again and live your life. You might have tried different diets in the past, struggled with your sleep and energy, juggled catering for both you and your family. I understand how this can be overwhelming. I will work with you and together we will tailor a plan to suit your lifestyle and health goals.
I want you to have a good relationship with food again, feel good about yourself, and live a balanced but full life. You are unique, with your own story. I am here to listen to your story and understand your needs. I will empower you with simple, practical tools to make smart choices and still enjoy great food, and I will be there supporting you throughout. - I offer three different 1-2-1 Nutrition & Lifestyle programmes starting at £450. All of them provide you with personal support, coaching, and accountability so together we can make it a success
- I run my regular 14 Day Nourish & Reset Group Programme a few times a year and this is a good way to kick start change and be part of my Nourishing Community. If you subscribe to by email list, you'll be the first to hear when the next programme is running.
