Job Description

~ Administrator: The administrator acts as a representative for the facility, overseeing various aspects. This includes managing daily operations, programs, services, and finances, as well as planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, and enhancing program services. They are also responsible for staff management, ensuring the delivery of top-notch services in line with the expectations of the Management Company, residents, and their families. Moreover, the Administrator ensures operations comply with State and Federal Regulations and industry standards in assisted living. They supervise resident care to uphold dignity, independence, self-determination, privacy, and safety.
