Since our inception by Horst "Dutch" Stuhr in 1978, we've evolved under the stewardship of his daughter, Gloria Stuhr Pernacciaro. Now, entering our third generation with Gloria's daughter, Gina Pernacciaro, we proudly manage 41 commercial properties and 16 residential units across the Rockford area.
